I went in to replace a bracelet that was too small. It was given to me as a gift, so I was unaware of the 30-day exchange policy. The Salesperson (Annie B at Easton in Columbus, OH), was kind enough to allow me to exchange the bracelet since it was unworn and were no damages.

My salesperson was Tiffany L 181373, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.
