Knowledgeable and friendly store associate Jasmine S. The store associate I had on 5/29/2022 was terrible. I spent around $400 that day. Jasmine provided great customer service that I realized the associate from 5/29 didn’t create a profile, didn’t give me a shopping bag or boxes for my items. Jasmine took good care of me and made sure I had everything for this purchase and my purchase from 5/29/2022.

From the time I entered the store until I left I was well treated. The staff were personable, knowledgeable patient with me and fun. I never felt rushed. Karizma and Annie made my experience meaningful.

The associates were very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The store was welcoming and very clean. The associates worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I popped into the store to find a new bracelet clasp but the sales associate helped re-arranged my charms for a more balanced look with clips for less movement. She also recommended the clasp tool which I just ordered online. I purchased a Grandma charm for the occasion while visiting the store.

I really liked it especially with it being my first time going there and ever buying anything from there.

The salesperson jasmine s 220037 was very nice and helpful. She made sure that we got everything that we wanted and more. She took her time to help us. She keep a smile on her face while helping. She was a true gem.
