Three sales persons, not one wanted to talk to me, I had to wave my hand to buy a Bracelet. All had an attitude and did not want to be there. Complete disrespect

I should have received the free bracelet with my purchase. This is why I drove from Zanesville to Easton mall. Was informed they only got 4 in and 2 was on hold for someone else. Very disappointed. I love Pandora, but this is not right.

I had to call Polaris to speak with their manager and have her pull up my account with all my purchases. I was called a liar by the designer.

It was 35% black friday sale, i was given a 70 min wait time, i waited about 3 hours, unacceptable, they are always short staffed even on regular days.

I am very glad that you sent this request to me. I was anxious after my last visit to your Columbus, OH store. I was there with my daughter-in-law to make a purchase for myself. We signed in and proceeded to view the display and prepare for my purchase. On Monday, December 18th, I purchased a new bangle with the cubic zirconia open/closure design… I purchased two charms for my bracelet and a charm for my daughter. After spending $311+… I asked about a cleaning cloth. I informed my sales person that I did not receive a cleaning cloth with my first bracelet, which I was wearing with five of your charms on it. She then explained to me that the cleaning cloths were $5.00. Totally insulted, I paid the $5.00 without incident… but had second thoughts about ever returning to a Pandora Store. Tis the season to make all that you can off the customer… I wasn’t left feeling very jolly. However, thanks for asking… Mrs. Tonya Noel Frustrated, but very loyal, Pandora Customer!
