They did not have the bracelet I wanted in the size I needed. I think the stock of bracelets would be better this time of year.

I purchased the cleaning kit, but when I got home I realized that it was previously opened. Everything was not in the box and I am very dissatisfied and your employee was not friendly and lacking customer service skills.

Store employee did not want to return my merchandise, even though I was still in the store return policy timeframe. Tried to basically force me to exchange it for something of equal or greater price and pay the difference. Quoted some "store policy" but when asked to produce that policy she could not. I reached out to customer service and explained the whole situation. They stated that the employee was wrong, and that there was no such policy for Pandora. A formal complaint was initiated.

I spent over $600 in two weeks and the very next week there was a free jewelry box give away. You refused to send me one.

We went to the store in Columbus Ohio. there was only one other family in the store making purchase. We were promptly addressed by an associate. Unfortunately, the associate was rude and unhelpful. I had my daughters with me and wanted to buy each of them a charm, when we asked her about charms she said “most of our merchandise is under the counter.” She made no moves to show us merchandise and had I not promised my daughters a special charm for vacation we would have left then. I started asking her about back to school, unicorns, or pets. She rolled her eyes and sighed and brought out one tray and asked if we could find anything in that tray. We found one and I asked if she had anything else to which she replied “not really”. She was less than helpful and we left very frustrated but each girl did choose a charm from the one tray she showed us for lack of any other option.

Online customer service and in store service is absolutely the worst. That was my reason for returning all of the items I purchased online. I will never purchase anything again from Pandora

I was pretty satisfied. but at first the employees didn’t greet me nor did they ask what i was looking for until they saw i was probably going to buy something. One of them seemed to be in a bad mood and the other one was more friendly but not as other experiences i’ve had.

The sales associate I worked with was not helpful and had poor customer service skills. I told her this was my first time purchasing a bracelet. She did not offer me categories of beads to choose from. I had to ask. I was looking for specific things and she did it try to look in the back or ask a peer until I was visibly frustrated. She also kept yawning in my face and not covering her mouth. I almost walked out of the store without purchase. But I had driven an hour from home to make this purchase so I stuck it out to finish the sale. I was highly unsatisfied with how things went. I purposely went into the store instead of ordering online since it was my first time purchasing a bracelet so I could have associate assistance. Not a good experience.

I brought a Pandora bracelet brand new 3-19-21. I was told I can exchange it for a smaller size . I had the receipt . The sales rep didn’t bother to look at it and told me I had to buy a new one . So basically I spent $150 the first time and $69 the second time for a new bracelet all for me to have to Pandora bracelets that I can’t do anything with.
