I received a black and silver crown ring from my boyfriend in September, it was $75. The next day I had already lost a stone from it. By the beginning of march it had lost about 8 stones. So, I used my receipt to get a new one. They said the stones fell out because they are hand placed. But, the next day, I had already lost two stones again. I had a lot of Pandora rings, and have not had this problem before. I am upset this keeps happening. I want to know if I can still return the ring for a new one, as the stones fell out in under 24 hours of having it.

On this purchase I was told the beads I was purchasing were each 30%off . I was never given 30% off on two of the beads the I was charged 65 dollars for and one bead o paid 40 dollars for. I love to far away to deal with the issue in store

The selection was very low, nothing had been restocked, & the size of your rings should go hire then a 9, everyone is not the same size or built.

This purchase became worst with my next purchase 01415011108122718. As I was leaving a noticed a bracelet with charms that I liked.After waiting for the sales lady the time on my receipt is 20:49...I did not leave the store. I purchased 4 items on the 30- 40- 50% sale. I was told that I could not receive 50% off because of the” final sale” rule. Very disappointed!

Purchased a couple charms and a bracelet. Gave to the wife. Not 3hrs later wife returned to exchange bracelet because I got one to small. Staff would not exchange because she wore it inside.

The service was extremely slow. I waited almost an hour just to buy 2 charms. The employees did not even acknowledge I was there. Also another women was there longer than I was and I believe she only wanted to pay off her credit card. None of the 3 employees working could stop what they were doing to help her for two seconds. Mind you the two ladies who were being helped took a really long time and rearranged their bracelets multiple times. 3 other guests walked out.

I had to wait forever forsomwone to even help me. Even with people just standing around. Then i complained about he kink in my braclet and was told oh well if it does it again you can bring it back. Purchase braclet for daughter left store but dont feel like i should have to comw back for something that should been handled that day

Refused to clean my bracelets although not busy. The “O” bead has been changed and the traditional one is not available. Doesn’t even look like the letter “O” for my granddaughter Olivia.
