The sales associate wasn’t friendly. She seemed like she was annoyed the whole time. I was going to walk out the store due to her attitude but needed the item. Worst experience.

The rude very nasty employee at Easton tried to impose like she couldn't find purchases for exchange. As a result of that I left with nothing and have not bought anything since April. Pandora customer service was horrible 😫😩😑😒

I had ordered 3 charms on line when it was buy 2 get 1 free. I exchanged for 3 charms, but was made to pay for all 3 as “that sale was over” even though I exchanged 3 for 3. I should have been able to exchange at the same rate as the purchase. The reason I exchanged my online purchase was because I had previously purchased the heart toggle clasp bracelet & it fell off my wrist & lost. I had purchased a $90 charm & 2 $45 clips & sale was $135. I purchased the $75 bracelet, a charm & 2 clips & paid for all 4 items given my $135 credit.

I called the store to see if 2 items in stock and the items were. The rep to answer the phone allowed me to pay for items over the phone and I told her my nieces were on their way. The rep said okay. When my nieces got there another rep assistance. She couldn't find my name on a list so my niece called me and I spoke to the rep. I tried to explain to the rep I didn't have a pickup order from online and I explained the phone conversation. The rep still didn't get. Finally once she was able to listen to me a light bulb went off. She was able to find my package.

The sales associate wasn’t very knowledgeable. I asked for gift wrapping and it was a complete catastrophe! My 4 year old niece would have done better. I just asked her not to wrap the second box. She didn’t offer a gift receipt so I was forced to forward my emailed receipt to the recipient of the gift. Not cool! I love the store and other women in this store have been amazing. When I came to purchase and browse. Specifically Latoya (I think that’s her name) has given me and my family/friends the service I expect from Pandora. There was a woman at the front door directing patrons for COVID-19 safety. That was extremely helpful offering catalogs to view while in line and pleasant conversation. I don’t know her name, blondish brown hair and full figured(sorry for the description not trying to be offensive)

Damaged old merchandise unable to return or exchange no offer of free charm per television ad of $65 or more purchase. Unable to return gift purchase..

The reason why I rate this dissatisfied I felt very rushed to make a purchase I was undecisive on which bracelet I wanted to purchase since it is an investment to me and the salesperson was getting very frustrated on waiting on me I felt like I had to make indecision quickly instead of it being a very pleasant experience.

I had to wait in line to browse. Then when I did get in and purchased something they gave me the wrong item. I only knew was wrong when unwrapped it after leaving the store. Then I needed to get back in line to get the situation fixed.

I had a bracelet with a missing piece in the closure piece and the salesforce said she would replace it and then changed her mind when she couldn't find the purchase in her file. I was from out of state and didn't have the receipt. She shouldn't have offered to trace and then change her mind.

The sales associates were very overwhelmed with the number of guests in the store. The store was too small to hold everyone that was waiting on a salesperson. Could not see the merchandise because there were so many people waiting on the displays. I realized it is right before the holidays but a more efficient system should be in place. You should have enough POS systems for every associate and guests should not have to wait until one is available to make a purchase.
