I purchased a bracelet during December, my bracelet no longer was closing. I live close to two hours away. It’s very difficult for me to get to this location. I was about to come into a store today at Eaton town center, once I came into the store I was welcomed but the employee helping us looked into my number on file but couldn’t find the bracelet on my account. She asked if I had proof of purchase, lucky I had an email for the purchase. The employee was very rude and not very helpful through this.

Associate was just not very friendly or welcoming. Was unable to resolve my issue and just all around no customer service was given.

The wrong prices were on items. The associate stated, " We put the wrong price on a lot of stuff". I wanted a ring that said $35. It was really $115. The ring should have been giving to me for the price lisited. That is false advertisement.

The store manager let people go to the head of the line when some had waited over an hour. She said it was because it was an associates friend. I will never go back to that store, her name was Tiffany

The lady who service me was very rude I went to my car to pick something out I came back in and she was servicing another customer it didn’t even take me one minute then she service both of us at the same time tell me things were not there that were there just rude

I have been to this Pandora location before and it is one of my favorites. Unfortunately today I just did not enjoy the associate that helped me. The associate that helped me today was not personable at all, and looked as though she did not want to be there today. She did not even want to help the other she was working with. The service that I received today was very poor. Upon returning to the store in the future I will not be allowing her to assist me, and only continued to today because I am not one to make a scene.

I joined the Pandora Club and received the email for 10% off my first purchase. I visited the store on 12/31/21 and was told that I could not use it in the store because it was for online orders. The offer did not state that it was online orders only.

I realized charms I recently purchased did not match the accent colors of my wife's current set, so my plan was to return and replace the charms with matching (silver or gold) charms. When I walked in the store, I was not immediately greeted despite there being at least 7 employees in the store. After noticing me stand there, a representative asked if she can help. She was not helpful, and was quite rude during the entire interaction. I very simply explained that I would like to exchange my recently purchased rose gold charms with comparable gold or silver charms. She pulled out one tray, half full of rose gold charms and maybe 10 other options. When I asked "do you have more options", this seemed to trigger her. Her response was "well you can pick whatever you want". This got the attention of her peers. I was obviously surprised, but noticed a couple of silver charms in a nearby display, and ended up going with them. I didn't feel welcomed in the store, and felt like this had something to do with my race (black male) as my negative experience started before I encountered someone. I'm a VP on a client experience team, and if I came across this experience, I would require coaching.

Had an issue with the Pandora warranty. I had purchased a charm for my mom at the beginning of this year and they were unable to find the documentation. I had problems trying to exchange Defective item. I am well known in this Pandora store I shop there alot so it was very embarrassing and such a hassle to exchange

This was my second visit to Pandora this week, the first time at Easton. The sales associate was rude and inconsiderate. Didn’t acknowledge us when we came in. Didn’t ack as if she wanted to help us at all.
