Sale associate was rude and used profanity when she accidentally dropped my merchandise I intended on purchasing. When she handed me the ring on display, she did not sanitize it when putting it back, unfortunately I do not think anything was sanitized.

**IT WAS PACKED/PEOPLE WERE TOUCHING THE COUNTERS AND THE MERCHANDISE. AFTER MERCHANDISE WAS TOUCHED/TRIED ON BY CUSTOMERS IT WAS NOT WIPED DOWN OR ANYTHING -- JUST PLACED BACK IN ITS CUBBY/PLACED BACK UNDER THE GLASS FOR DISPLAY. **I ASKED FOR MY WRIST TO BE MEASURED TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT-- MY SALES LADY REFUSED TO MEASURE MY WRIST- ACCORDING TO HER MY WRIST MEASUREMENT IS NOT RELEVANT --DEPENDING ON THE BRACELET STYLE I MAY NOT WEAR THE SAME SIZE. YET ON THE PANDORA WEBSITE --THERE ARE CLEARLY DIRECTIONS TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST/AND A SIZE GUIDE - SO CUSTOMERS DO NOT ORDER THE INCORRECT SIZE. I AM IN A STORE WHERE BRACELETS ARE THE MAIN DRAW -- SHE SHOULD HAVE JUST MEASURED MY WRIST/ESPECIALLY AFTER WE DISCOVERED THE "BEADS & PAVE" WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE AT THE STORE /I HAVE TO ORDER IT -BUT SHE STILL DID NOT MEASURE MY WRIST!! IT WAS CRAZY!!!

The item i needed was not available in my size, paid for it to be ordered by the associate, it’s 7 days past my visit i have not received my item, haven’t received an email that it was sent nor was i given a tracking number. How do i even know the item i paid for was ordered?!?!

Walked in to be greeted from across the store. A sales associate stood there till he shift was done without offering assistance. Matter of fact she avoided us at all cost. When she was finally leaving is when we finally got asked if we needed help. We came in knowing what we wanted, found it immediately and stood waiting...

The store was not fully stocked. they were out of 3 of the original pieces. And the sales associate could have cared less. We will shop at the occasionally yours store at another mall.

Did not have the bracelet or chain connector I was looking for. Associates didn't ask questions or make suggestions...very blah attitude. Two out of three sales associates had their ENTIRE CHEST out bouncing around. It was embarrassing unladylike and very unprofessional.

the girl that helped me made me feel like she was rushing me and was very nonchalant during my visit.
