The store was small. The sale of buy 2 beads get one free should have applied to rewards members too not just credit card holders. I bought 2 beads and would have loved a 3rd bead.

Her attitude wasn’t pleasant and she really wasn’t trying to interact much or make sure a saw everything I spender 280 on my Pandora credit card which I will be calling to get my 10 off when you first open the account.

The store was quite busy as is to be expected this time of year. It would be helpful to have signage instructing customers to sign in so they do not miss an opportunity for service. Your staff was helpful and pleasant. It was somewhat cramped in the store but again...I would disclose that my dissatisfaction stemmed from the shopping rush not the actual store or its employees.

I am sure my partner was satisfied with the service and experience. I personally was not in the store when items were purchased however I did get the receipt forward to me so I'm taking the survey for the 10% coupon because I will be purchasing items for christmas.

I had to wait over 30mins to be helped. The store was short staffed. I was there for an hour for 3 charms that took me less than 10mins to pick out. The visit ruined my schedule for the day.

I felt rushed. The associate made it seem as if I could not look at the charms myself in the case.

Overall store and associates was good. The selection of merchandise was very low. I stopped in on January 6th. I did not purchase due to low inventory. I drove back on the 23rd of January to a small selection again. I did find two items that i thought my daughter would like. With the amount of foot traffic at the Easton Town center mall i would think that they would have the best selection to choose from. I will try again in February. Perhaps covid has things moving slower.

I bought merchandise when pandemic started. Wanted to exchange. Beyond extended time. I was unaware. She could've offered the bracelet they went on. I just ordered the bracelet online.
