I was very pleased with the customer service I received

My sales associate did not help me much with ring selection so me and my guest felt somewhat akward and like we were inconvenient by asking to try on. They were out of one of the rings as well.

The experience was good but nothing stood out to make it exceptional.

I had to come back the next day because there were only two associates the previous night and several groups of people in the store.

Hard to believe that Pandora retires charms like Tennis Racquets. Women love tennis...my 15 yr. old granddaughter made the tennis team at a huge high school in N.C.. I started her bracelet & I'm disappointed I can't buy her a charm to represent that.

The selection was there. I ask for pacific pieces and they were out. They said didn't receive that much in the first place. Manager didn't know a lot about sales.

There where 6 associates in the store and it took approximately 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Then when I was helped, the price of the charm was not the same advertised. ($20) difference, but I just paid for my item and left

Got to the store about 620 pm asked the associate to clean my bracket she said the machine not working then she was rushing me to pick something to buy

she was not friendly, I felt she was uncomfortable, she never looked me in the face, I said I can see other things and only she looked for the other things and she did not tell me yes oh no, while I looked at the merchandise she told the other clients, almost finished, and i made a big purchase.
