it was the day after xmas and it was hard to even walk in the store. waiting list I was 19 on list so waited about a 1/2 hr or more but when I was waited on very please with service

Visit to store to purchase a gift certificate for $300.00 paying using a credit card. The store policy as per the manager was that credit card payments over $100.00 for gift cards were not being accepted and only cash for gift cards over $100.00 was the method of payment. Since I do not usually carry that amount of cash and not wanting to make another trip to the mall and Pandora usually my go to Christmas gift the end result of the store visit: LOST SALE............

The clerk was having a hard time locating the earrings I was looking for. She appeared ready to quit looking until she finally decided to check the computer to see if there was really a pair in the store.

Morgan E was rude to me. I asked if the 35% deal was still going on because a sticker was on a display case you could see from outside. She replied, no. I then said can I receive it on the selected sale items since the sticker was still on display. Her answer was, "if you make a big stink about it!" I was completely taken aback. I have never been treated that way in a Pandora store. Needless to say I didn't receive a discount. If I hadn't been buying gifts for my 85 year old father to give his granddaughters I would've walked out! A loyal customer should never be treated that way. I've spent thousands in that store.

Too many options, the charms should be put in categories, this will make it easier to find what you're looking for.

I liked the associate, knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was the wait time. I signed in and left to find a bathroom and when I came back was moved to the bottom of the list. I will probably order on line...no wait time.
