I liked my purchase and the people there

The wait time. You where running a sale and only 2 workers for a long time. I waited over an hour to be helped.

I love Pandora jewelry.I introduced my sister to Pandora and she spent over $400 there in 1 visit!!! The rings she bought tarnished,she didn’t want them anymore she wanted store credit!! And she had a receipt,within two weeks of purchase!!! They wouldn’t give her store credit or anything!!!! I didn’t like how they did her!?

I had to wait 10 to 25 minutes to be helped. When I was being helped, I had asked about 5 charms and they were all not available due to being sold out.

Were were not highly satisfied because the store was crowded. When we originally got or item we were given the wrong size. Also the manager of the store was a little aggressive.

Your staff were exhausted do to Mother's Day week. The item I was looking for was from the internet and not in the store. More space needed so people aren't standing on top of each other.
