The ring I wanted was not available in my size and the earrings that I wanted weren't either. And with the deal going on, I couldn't have them shipped to me. I like what I got but they weren't my first choice.

Several of the newer pieces were not available. The salesperson said that the store did not receive all the newer pieces.

It was congested. The store is very small, and with about 4 customers that left almost no room to move about. This made it hard to see everything I wanted to look at.

I just wish they carried a good supply of sale items in-store during a big sale like this, and if an item is sold out online, they should consider issuing rain checks for out of stock pieces.

The first time I went I felt the the associate that was helping me was in a rush. and someone else did not want to assist us

Unfortunately the charm I wanted was sold out . The sales associate seemed a little lost when trying to find a charm. The store does seem to get crowded when a lot of customers and sales associates are browsing or working.
