They didn’t have any bracelet that included charms deals. There were No Pandora charm books to help me select items that were not easily found in the store

When we entered the store, one sales associate was on the phone and the other sat on her phone, and scrolled through social media. The sales associate who was on the phone greeted us but asked us to wait. The other sales associate, who was on her phone, never stopped to provide any customer assistance. I was very surprised. The sales associate who was on the phone, greeted us when she was available and was helpful. The selection was poor and many of the charms I was interested in were not in stock.

The product I wanted was not in stock. I have come across this problem a lot.

Items often not available and your tempted to get another for a higher price. My experience that staff is pleasant no major concerns .

There were only 2 sales associates working and there were a lot of customers in the store. We had to wait about 15 minutes to receive help. Whenever we were helped, the service was very good.

We were satisfied.

You do not honor sales. No help with finding rebates. Sale price is high.
