There are a lot more charms online then in the store. I was returning a damaged charmed where the tassel came off. The associate made me feel as if I did something to the charm. Stating they never seen this before and they have several associates who have the charm and this has not happened. I didn't care to hear that I have several charms of my own and never had this happen. Just take the charm apologize and rectify the situation.

Greetings, I am writing you all to inform you that the explosion of love clip may have a defect. I just purchased mine in store November 25, 2018 (yesterday) and the exact same evening of purchase not even five hours later my brand new clip was gone. I could not find it anywhere. I am a faithful and proud Pandora customer. This has never occurred in all the time I've been collecting. My entire purchase totaled $181. I am very unhappy about my missing clip.

We were not made aware until after the sale was made that there was a bigger discount in two days. The problem was resolved by returning the merchandise and holding it for the two days.

I applied for your store credit card and it took forever and I wasn't approved. The associate who was helping me had to have someone else complete the application. I don't think she was very familiar with the process.

the employee was new. did not have even knowledge of merchanise.they should be trained better.

The store is very small and always busy. The devises for check out kept timing out and the checkout process took longer than the actual selection of product. Staff very friendly. I had a trainee and she did well.

I always have to wait forever for an associate. I knew what I wanted and I wanted to get in and out and that never happens. The associates acknowledged me but then took their sweet time with the other customers. Then when one of the customers left the associate helping her told me the other associate with be with me shortly and she went into the back. I then had to wait longer on the one associate left.

My as sales associate was not very friendly at first kind of took a while for her to warm up and there wasn't a large variety of color items that I was looking for
