I ordered bracelet on line 1/5/19. Never rec'd. Called 1/15/19. Great assistance. Another bracelet shipped UPS and rec'd 1/17/19. Wrong size. I thought I measured according to the instructions and even ordered the next larger size. Too small - very tight. Left for vacation on 1/25/19 - 2/5/19. While I was on vacation, the original LOST bracelet showed up on my porch the week I was gone and sat on my porch. To exchange my bracelet, I needed to drive 1 hour round trip to Pandora Store. The store employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. Store did not have the correct size that I wanted. I selected a different bracelet. Still had 2nd bracelet that I had to return. That drive was a 35 minute round trip drive in the other direction for the closest UPS store. I am older and I think Pandora jewelry is nice but overpriced. The reason I finally broke down to buy a bracelet for myself is due to the fact that I rec'd 2 Pandora charms with an off-brand junk bracelet that would not stay closed. I wanted to wear my charms. In the past I have bought items as gifts for other people but never for myself. Not sure that I will purchase any additional items for myself.

Disappointed I can not get a credit for my daughter's bracelet. I bought it for her and the clerk said don't get the bigger size it will stretch. Well it hasn't and now that there are more beads on it she can barely get it on. It is over a year old and they wan't exchange it, which I get, but I think you should at least be able to turn it in for some credit off a new one.

There was a wait, 15 minutes. They did not have any Grandparent charms to show. They could not clean my bracelet in the Tumbler, however the polish cloth gave good results. It took quite some time as my bracelet was very tarnished.

This was my first visit as a customer and it was a little overwhelming even though I did visit the website before my visit. I'm sure once I get familiar with the different products I will be at ease.

I frequently receive your emails, though it would be nice to know when a piece is retiring. I wanted to buy a ring that is now retired.
