I often can not find charms in my local pandora stores, making it very hard to build my pandora collection. There have been multiple occasions where I haven't been able to order/buy charms in store or online due to lack of availability.

An item I wanted to purchase wasn’t available in store from the Reflexion charm clip collection. The associate wasn’t very familiar with the Reflexion line but that was fine.
