My brand new charm clip must have been defective because it came off my new bracelet. I guess it’s too bad for me. The store didn’t have it in stock and I didn’t offer to replace it or offer a discount for me to replace and order a new one. I’m starting to wonder about the quality of the merchandise because I’ve lost a new one before. If I lose another clip then it’s over for me buying charm clips. I still love my bracelet it’s just tainted with a bad memory and experience of me losing a special charm.

I rarely rate anything highly satisfied because that doesn’t give room for improvement. I think many of the items are expensive although it was nice to take advantage of the promotional. I wanted a rope bracelet but none were there.

The store is alittle small. It was hot in there which made me not want to stay long. The charms are a bit pricey. I made a purchase last week (Tuesday) went to do my survey for $10 off this current purchase and it said my survey was expired....literally within 4 days. So that was a bummer but I still.purchased anyways.

The reason I went to the store is the website said the product was available but the store didn't have it. This is a 60 mile round trip for me.
