Great Customer Service Limited Selection Promotion not available during ca holiday such as promotion. Replacement unavailable after a year unfair when you spend so much time and money building your bracelet and others bracelets

The sales associate seemed irritated when I asked to see merchandise! She wouldn't pull but one tray at a time and she was slow because of the length of her nails.

I was advised I could presale for the buy 2 get 1 offer. After waiting in line and selecting my merchandise, I was told by a different associate that I could not and would have to come back tomorrow.

Im new to Pandora. This is my first experience. I ordered a bracelet online but I didn't realize its not for charms. Online I had a 10% code or something. I returned it to the store closet to me to exchange it for one that takes charms. Im disappointed she refunded the discount price but didn't apply it to the replacement bracelet. I think its over price and I probably wont get another one.

This pandora store did not have a broad selection of charms i wanted for my bracelet.

Alot of charms I wanted were not available at the Easton store. Also had to wait for 39min because only Asst Manager and another person working. I was told staff didn't show up.

The time of year the crowd because the store is small. The depeleted selection and discontinuing of certain items is sometimes an issue.
