There was not a huge selection in store; however, I was able to find something I liked and walked away with some charms.

Just waiting around for service was long and uncomfortable. The lack of larger size bracelets to choose from. Maybe a 3rd sales person

The ladies are so nice and helpful especially Alishya she go all out to make sure the buyer is happy

I tried to exchange a bracelet for a larger size and this store did not have it. I was told to check back in several weeks to see if they had it then. I would have liked it if they had shown me how to order it online. It was an inconvenient solution they offered me.

There was not enough staff to accommodate th customers. Long wait times. A charm broke that should not have.

I had to wait an hour and a half before even getting into the store. Easton location is really small and it is hard for people to have to wait so long before even getting help. The associates at the store did hand out catalogs and things that did help but it was still a long wait. The only store that had a wait around that area.

There was nothing that I was dissatisfied with besides the fact I had to wait an hour outside in a line. The selection procession of other people was very slow, I honestly feel like they could have put at least one more person in as a customer to help to make the line move faster.
