I didn't have any issues I just wasn't overly satisfied with my experience. The salesperson(s) were very kind and helpful. The checkout process took longer than expected due to some slight issues with the ipad buffering however, both associates working during that time helped me with different charms and didn't make me feel rushed. Overall I was satisfied.

I felt satisfied but not “wowed.” The sales person was friendly, but again I wasn’t “wowed.” I’d rate my visit highly satisfied if either of those were different.

There were only 2 associates and it took a while. They were busy and working through the customers as fast as they could. The representative was very helpful when my turn came.I was patient and able to purchase the item I wanted.

Did not get waited on as in order that we came in store. Somebody came in after us and was waited on first. But at least during the extra time we had to wait I noticed how dirty the store actually was. Spider web hanging in foyer area by ceiling. Dirt and water marks on floor by windows. Scuff marks on areas of walls close to floor. For this store being at Easton it definitely doesn't seem clean enough.

The Pandora store is small feels a little tight. There were only three associates working, two heavily depending upon one associate to manage their customers. Stock seemed to be low for a couple of items that were requested to be seem (i.e necklaces were limited).

The Associate that helped me did not seem very knowledgeable. I had a birthday $10 off reward and she was unsure how to apply it. She asked another Associate for help and that person didn't believe me that it was $10. She insisted it was 10%. However I produced the email. Neither one apologized or smiled through the entire purchase.

I don’t live in the area so if I were to make another purchase it would be the city I live in. When I’m in the area I do shop at this location. I know that in the next 90 days I would be at this location

It was time consuming I’m sure for the sales person because of my indecisiveness but her recommendation to get charms that was not round was brilliant !
