The wait time was to long. There needs to be a better way to accommodate customers online and in the store. Making people wait outside in the cold is not the answer.

Sadly it was just the amount of people waiting to be served compared to the number of associates available to assist. Nothing that could be avoided due to covid rules which I appreciate but the hour long waits and hard to manage website were not easy for me. Very nice associate.

I received 2 e-gift cards as gifts from someone. When it came time to pay, the email only had one 16-digit barcode and two PIN codes. There was a missing barcode that I never received. The lady helping me told me to call customer service and I’d have to come back when the situation was resolved with them. Not only that. I was dropping my bracelet off to be cleaned and she told me it’d take 10-15 minutes to clean which was perfect. By the time I finished picking out my new bracelet and charms, it was close to closing time and she said I’d have to keep it in store overnight and come back whenever I came to pick up my new items. Not only did I waste time driving 30+ minutes to Pandora, I also left empty-handed. I had to make an extra drip back to the store because of their poor time management.

Dissapointed with this years holiday ornament. Been buying it as an annual tradition and prior years included a special bead; no bead this year. Bring back the bead!

The sales ladies were very pushy with the credit card. I understand they have to but it was getting bad. I had to tell them 3 times that I was not interested since I just bought a car. The lady assisting me was very very nice and very knowledge. She talked a lot though, trying to sell me everything in the store. That’s my only qualm.
