Our sales associate was extremely patient and interactive with my daughter and I. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted but 3 of the 4 items weren't in stock. I'm extremely please with 2 of the 3 replacement items we chose and I'm excited to see the recipients reactions.

They didn’t have what I was looking for. The selection was very scarce but I still made a purchase after finally finding something that I liked even though it wasn’t what I came in for.

I was trying to purchase the entire Marvel collection & it was some confusion at first but was resolved by Jasmine S. Some of the other associates didn't know quite what they were doing but I was satisfied in the end. Thanks again Jasmine! She is so sweet & helpful.

A sales associate named "Patience" wouldn't let me buy the new Marvel collection that I drove to the store for saying it was only for online orders but it was also for members to shop early. She was very dismissive towards me but the district manager helped me.

There wasn’t much to choose from in store. The store was supposed to open at 11am, there was a sign stating they were opening at 1pm

Just had to wait to be assisted. They had a list that had to be signed to be assisted. Maybe a bigger store so while I waited I could move around with ease looking at merchandise.

There was a lot of inventory that it was missing. I understand that it is due to everything in the world being behind. So it was not necessarily Pandora more so the world!

my salesperson was misty she was very helpful and she was very nice

Holiday crowds means long wait lines and crowded store. These were my reasons for not selecting highly satisfied. Sales Associate waa great!!!!
