I was satisfied with my visit. Buying a $100 ring i feel it should've come with something like a box or bag to make it a little more worth my money.

Anita was wonderful in helping me find a silver bangle. I asked her questions about inscriptions for rings and other jewellery and she was kind enough to show me all the features. She was patient and took the time to size me for the perfect bracelet. Thank you, Anita!

I have nothing to complain about, it was perfect like I expected.Hope to go back and get more rings!!

I was satisfied but not highly satisfied just because I think the prices are a bit too high for what you are getting. The staff was good, the cleanliness was good also.

We got to the store at opening the weekend after Mother's day because you couldn't get in the store Mother's day weekend, understandably....and the lady who opened the doors and put the sign out seemed irritated that we were by the doors, didnt greet us and just closed the door behind her when she went back in. We were all like ok. I guess their open and we can go in, we think. Other than that everything was great, our saleslady was nice and we made some nice purchases

It was kind of a long wait to be seen & not a lot of merchandise to choose from. Everything I wanted they didn't have.

Sales person missed to inform me of the promotion that was going on

I picked out 5 charms and the store did not have any of the ones I picked after waiting in like for over an hour. So I had to choose different charms that I didn’t like as well

There is always opportunities to do and be better. The visit was not perfect. I was hoping to get the bracelet with the $150.00 purchase but it was out of stock and not given the opportunity for “rain check” to get it when it does come back in stock. Hoped that would have been an option.
