The associate was very nice, smiled, knowledge of products, informed me of upcoming sales, and gave me information about the warranty. Her product suggestions were appreciated and helped me make my selection.

The first time I came into the store nobody helped me. My husband and I were not even acknowledged and there were 3 associates in the store at the time. We waited for about 10 minutes and then we left. We came back after shopping at several other stores and when I returned, Melanie K was at the counter (she was not there the first time we entered the store) and she welcomed us into the store and acknowledged me and my husband right away. She was very helpful and suggested I look at the new open bangle since the clasp broke on my other bracelet. She also recommended a variety of charms to start my new bracelet with. Melanie was extremely kind and helpful. I received such excellent service the second time around and my husband was so pleased with it we bought more than we intended to buy when we walked in the first time! The products are very beautiful and high quality, and the service from Melanie was excellent. We will return to this Pandora store for sure!

The store was Prestine. The customer service representative went above and beyond her means to explain all options. I felt welcomed and wanted that day. Magnificent job! This was my first purchase and will definitely not be my last.

Sales person Kaitlynn B was very friendly and helpful. She was funny and took her time.

The male customer with the woman shopping both took up the whole section of the counter display. I did mention it to the associate after they left but at that point there was nothing they could do about it.

This was my first time purchasing a Pandora bracelet. I had visit the website prior to visiting the store. The sales associate was very nice and helpful. She went over all the basic of Pandora, the various types of bracelets that were available. And she also recommended the various starter bracelets, which I was sold on. She also took her time to show me various charms, how to put them on and how to take care of my bracelet and charms. It was a wonderful experience and made me proud of purchasing a Pandora bracelet.

I was the first and only customer in the store and the two sales associates were not the quickest to help me. Also, while long fingernails can be pretty, Briauna J’s are TOO long and she struggled to put the charm on the ribbon and into the box. Her fingernails tore the gift bag and I had to tell her.

Everything was ok with this visit but the last time I was in the Easton Town Center, the manager was very rude & made me feel uncomfortable & in un-welcomed to the point that I never wanted to enter that store again.
