I was greeted within seconds of walking 8m the door. The assistant manager helped me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to take my time and was shown multiple options to get exactly what I wanted.

I live in Waynesville, OH, and I visited the store in Columbus, OH. The closest store is in Beavercreek which I do visit frequestly.

I only come to the Easton location, and it is because of the staff. Kaitlynn is amazing. She gives the best help and always tells me when deals and specials are coming. She has been helping me for years to get my Christmas charm bracelet together.

The associates were friendly and helped me find the charm that I wanted to get for my wife's birthday. They also shared upcoming information on promotions so I could plan to come back and get some items for Christmas. I was also able to put a hold on the items I wanted to get for the promotion. Overall very satisfied.

I got what I wanted for my granddaughter and did not get anything else pushed on me.
