My salesperson, Kaitlynn, was extremely helpful throughout the whole return/exchange process. She showed me different options for the exchanges and she she helped me choose new Christmas gifts for other family members. Kaitlynn is an excellent salesperson ~~ very helpful and friendly!

Our sales associate was friendly and went over and beyond when we were indecisive. She helped gives us other ideas and explained about a promotion which led us to purchase 2 more rings! We later sent Grandma in to purchase a bead for her bracelet to the same store:)
