I was helped by the Assistant Manager and she was awesome. She explained how my bracelet should be properly worn and how to position my new clip/charms. She also went over the specials.

They have a system of signing in when there is a customer wait - so that you are fairly taken in order. The Saleperson that handled my purchase was friendly, patient, personable and professional. The process of the sale from start to finish is efficient.
