Finding what I need and I love the items and styles

All of the workers were incredibly helpful. The quality of service was wonderful and we were able to get what we needed quickly and efficiently. The only thing I would change would be the price and quality of the jewelry. That it didnt become tarnished and lose the beautiful sparkle so quickly.

The sales girl made suggestions that I had never thought of before. She combined my charms with a new bracelet, for a whole new look.

I was happy to be helped right away. The sales associate was very knowledgable of the products. She was also very patient as I was deciding on my purchase.

It’s was very busy first of all; although there were 5 of us family involved in this transaction for our mother’s birthday, we felt like we had a personal assistant. We felt so indecisive but were not treated as such!

I had a bracelet that a CZ feel out of and they exchanged it with no problem.
