The girls that were working that night were very helpful. My ex husband and I went in twice. The first time the girl asked me if I wanted to try on my size of rings and took the time out to help me and answer my questions. We decided to wait and walk around and then we came back and all three girls were nice and welcomed us back and helped find the size in the ring I wanted. Every associate was very kind and helpful definitely will be back.

I’ve been visiting the store once a month to purchase the perfect gift for my sisters bridal shower. The associates were beyond helpful & gave me suggestions otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen. I want to build a nice collection for my sisters bridal shower so I’ve been purchasing charms slowly so it would be affordable & every associate I’ve worked with did just that. Great job ladies!

The sales associate that assisted me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the one charm I really wanted was out of stock and is also out on the website. The sales lady did call around to other stores to find it. Too bad a Pandora didn’t anticipate the popularity of the Blue Swirl charm. But the store I visited is great... the sales associates are all very nice and very knowledgeable of all the products.

Kelli was patient and worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for. She was welcoming. She quickly showed me two of the three rings I wanted to try on, looking diligently until she found the third one.

Associates knew exactly what to look for when I decided to change up my bracelet for my wedding. It was a long process but the associate was able to come up with some great suggestions. I was very happy with my visit.
