My sales associate was wonderful! Very kind and polite.

The sales person was helpful and friendly.

I came into the the store because I have a collection of 16 "international charms" . The bracelet was not very attractive and didn't look like the pandora bracelets you see in the catalogs. I asked the clerk if she could help me achieve the look I was hoping for. She worked with me until I got the desired look and I left a happy customer.

Everyone in the store knew what they were talking about and I could definitely relate to them. The girls in the store were very nice and outgoing. Such a great experience compared to other places.

Kaitlynn B. was my designer and did an excellent job. I have two bracelets and a mesh bracelet and I redesigned all three. She was patient and took the time to make sure I liked the order. She was awesome!
