Sales rep Mackenzie and Emily were very attentative to my needs and they really are great sales reps.

I never understood the hype around Pandora jewelry. To me, it seemed not worth it for the price. I went in this day looking for a ring that I would be able to wear every day and it would last. The sales representative did a great job helping me with what I wanted and showed me all of the rings in my size. The only thing I wish is that the prices had been shown to me then.

The ladies working in the store were incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was easy to find things we loved through out the store but were also shown other selections thanks to the employees working. We love the products that were bought and even were shown some more that we can't wait to come back for.

(1) First sales associate informed me she had never heard of the charm I was looking for, and wrote it off. I had also requested that my current charm bracelet be cleaned, and when she went to clean it, another sales associate looked up the charm I wanted, and found it. Kudos to the 2nd sales associates. (2) I discovered that I somehow, somewhere, without even knowing it, I "lost" a Sunburst Clip. So very disappointing. $60 charm is not cheap. Should NEVER have fallen off. Very sad to me. (3) In addition, when I returned home to add the new charm and two spacers to my bracelet that I just purchased, I discovered that the small ring from one end of my Geometric Facets Charm, had broken off; still on the bracelet, but broken. I now have to return to the store. I have invested almost $900 into this bracelet. I'm starting to question the quality of your products, but ... it's with difficulty b/c I love my Pandora Charm Bracelet.

The Lady at the desk was really making sure that I got the right thing. She was Super Nice with a big smile.

The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose exactly the right pieces.

I love Pandora products. I have quite a variety of bracelets, necklaces, and earrings . I receive many compliments on my Pandora jewelry.

Everything was done quickly with such ease and politeness of the designer.
