I love coming to Pandora I always know what im purchasing and rye employees are very helpful and very kind.

The sales associates were very understanding & exchanged my braclet for a different kind free of charge to me. They also provided me with good information about an issue I had with the merchandise. & they notified me of upcoming special promotions.

I returned piericed earrings, that cause irritation to one of my ears after wearing them a couple of days with no problems. I ended up buying 3 more charms that were discounted and being discontinued thanks to the associate 119840 pointing it out. Good job girl!

Great customer service, helpful, call when merchandise comes in with a sufficient amt of time to pick it up. Great at helping to pick merchandise that is becoming for bracelet picked out. I could go on and on. I am addicted to Pandora. It is one of my favorite jewelry stores.

Friendly atmosphere

Mackynze was assisting another customer which were a couple who stepped away from the counter to look at one of the showcases. She immediately advised me she would gladly assist me when she completed her service with the couple. Her service was exemplary!

Fair enough

Each employee had excellent customer service skills, was very friendly, and offered assistance. I felt like I was made to feel important and very appreciated.

We were the only people in the store for a short while and during the time all sales associates were actively engaging with us making us feel very welcome in the store. We wanted two of the exact same beads, one was there the other the lady had to look for and her and the other sales associate both helped locate it. Gift wrapped our merchandise without hesitation.
