When I walked into the store 3 employees said hello. I told them I was there to pick up a ring that I had ordered and the store manager immediately said, "yes, the locket ring in a size 6." She always remembers me. The girls are always very friendly.

My sales associate knew exactly what I wanted and found it right away.

The color of rose is what I love, goes great against my skin tone, and I won’t see many wearing this rose color.

A couple of months ago, I had a disturbing experience with Pandora employees at The Greene in Beavercreek, Ohio, regarding a bracelet that had bent at the clasp. Because of this, I had contemplated leaving the Pandora brand. However, I admit to some emotional attachment to the charms as they have been given to me by special family members such as my sister whom now is deceased. When unbeknownst to me one of the round end closures fell off my open back bracelet and was lost, I took my concern to Pandora at Easton in Columbus, Ohio. There the team treated me with respect and care. Although, based on company policy, they could not replace the lost end and I had to actually purchase two new end closures, the manner in which I was treated was as a valued customer. I did expect Pandora to have a much more customer-valued approach to its jewelry repairs and guarantees.
