I purchased a ring a little over a year ago that was only a week or so past warranty and the stone fell out. I called to see if there was anything they could do being I did not have the stone to reset. They looked up my purchase in their system and without hesitation offered to replace the ring. They even looked to make sure they had it in stock and in my size before I came to the store. This was exceptional customer service that I wasn't really expecting. Thank you for replacing my ring so I can enjoy it for years to come.

The quality of the product is always great. The customers service was pretty good. I do wish you have more of a variety in rose gold but overall everything was great.
