I found exactly what I wanted to purchase. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

There was a little wait but the associates were very friendly and gave prompt service when it was my turn!

This was the first time I've ever been to Pandora. I was shopping for a bracelet for my 8yr old because I had ordered her a Disney Charm from the DisneyStore. The associates were very helpful, and because they were offering Black Friday pricing still, I bought an additional charm.

Even though it was black Friday and packed out the associates were cheerful and helpful. Time wait was to be expected with a good sell. The system of taking names and texting is when close allowed for others shopping to be finished.
