She gave me a service like never before. First a sincere smile and I she asked me how she could help me? She recognized from the first moment what I needed. Then I indicated that I was in a hurry but that I kept the article that I came to the next day. I write down my name, my phone that she could keep it for me until the next day. I felt really good because I did not want my wife's anniversary gift to end. I returned the next day (12/08/18) and I could not see Tiffany anymore. But fortunately I was treated by another associate of the store named Virnika, which was also super nice and I was very satisfied! Very helpful and above all She understood all the tastes and preferences that I had for my wife. I've been in Columbus, Ohio for over 6 years and whenever I go to that store, the service is super friendly and very professional. It was very pleasant to be in the store! I always recommend it! The sales associate provided excellent service, even though she was fairly new. When she didn’t know something, another more experienced sales associate stepped in to assist her. I was very pleased with the customer service, especially after spending over $500 during my visit.

The ladies in the store were extremely friendly and very helpful. There was a promotion going on for a free ornament which was beautiful. I purchased two charms for my fiance for Christmas and the ornament will be beautiful on our first tree.

The associate was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She helped me decide which size to get, as I was unsure, and she even had tips and tricks for taking care of the jewelry and removing a stick ring. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
