We visited the Pandora store at the Easton Mall near Columbus, Ohio. While it was extremely crowded, there were plenty of staff available to make us feel welcome. They encouraged us to wait and Shelby took fantastic care of us and helped pick out the perfect ring for me.

Sales associate was readily available and showed me what I was looking for. They offered gift wrap and another associate helped to get me out of the store in a timely manner.

Abby the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get 3 charms, and unfortunately one of the charm I was looking for wasn't available (warn cocoa charm), Abby was able to suggest another charm that has the warm cocoa theme in it, which was the Christmas bear. Abby assured me that if the person I was gifting to really wanted the Warm Cocoa charm that we would be able to exchange with no problem.
