I went to exchange a Christmas gift on my lunch hour that wasn’t my taste. There was no receipt, but the staff exchanged it on my account without a problem. The winter sale is on & the store was busy, but the staff greeted & advised they would be with me momentarily. It wasn't a long wait, but they apologized for my wait. All of the staff was busy taking care of customers very smoothly.I like your product line & spend the time shopping it. I ‘ve always had knowlegable & friendly sales people who offer options they know of to best my choices.

I walked in and was greeted instantly with I'll be right with you. The associate also took the time to explain a piece I had my eyes on that was titled Guardian Angel (which I purchased to honor the recent passing of my mother. Plus, she mentioned it being on sale. So, my boyfriend bought my Rose Gold Stoppers & the Charm.

Alexis was very helpful in selecting a bracelet for my girlfriend. Not only did she listen to what I wanted she executed my purpose in visiting the store. Overall excellent experience. Thanks
