The store was beautiful and the sales associate that assisted me went above and beyond to help me. I even liked the fact that another associate wrapped my gifts as I was paying. The only thing I wish they would’ve done is educate and offer me the tool that Pandora sales to open the bracelet. Some kit that was for $15. Now I have to drive another 2 hours just to get one.

Heidi was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. Showed me the specials she gave me a catolog to take home. And gift wrapped my gift.

I am in a wheel chair so it is hard to see the items in the cases, however the sales associate was very kind and pulled things out or down for myself to see. She was very helpful and made me feel like I wasn’t in the way even though the store was busy.

Tasha was super to work with. She is a wonderful store associate and was extremely helpful and so pleasant and fun!!

Very friendly looking for a gift for daughter

I love the products, and a bonus was the timing of our purchase. We went in to find an anniversary gift to add to my collection, but realized for a small additional price, we’d qualify for the free gift- so we picked up a Christmas gift for another family member on our list... wins for all!

I was looking for a charm for my anniversary. I found what I was looking for. It’s beautiful and I thought the price was pretty good. And they cleaned my bracelet while we were shopping!
