Ashley always had a smile as she was helping me. She knew exactly what I was looking for. When it came to sizes, she was able to look at my fingers and know my exact size. I didn’t need to fight to get different ones on and off.

I was shopping for a gift for my mom's birthday and was considering a charm bracelet, and the associate that greeted me was very friendly. My mom has a pretty bad sensitivity to nickel, so we discussed the quality of silver that Pandora uses, the option to do gold or rose gold, and how her mom had no reaction to Pandora silver even though she had a nickel allergy as well. I picked out a bangle and charm combo that was something she would definitely wear but worried about any potential rash or reaction she might have. I ended up purchasing it anyway, knowing she's worn .925 silver before with no issues and knowing she would have the option to return or exchange within 30 days. I haven't had the chance to give it to her yet, but I'm sure she'll like it - hoping she doesn't have any sort of reaction, but I know she'll be able to bring in her gift receipt and choose another metal if she does. This is only the second time I've bought anything at Pandora but I'm growing more and more fond of the style options and ease of shopping here :)

I love the displays in the store and the lighting. The SA who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that I am asked how I want my jewelry purchase packaged. The quality is excellent, though the prices are at times a bit high.

I went in looking for a certain ring and they didn’t have it anymore. Kept looking to find something close or I like for my wedding band and to go with my engagement ring and I found it! I loved it so much

The staff was courteous & amazing. I was looking for something specific & the sales associate knew exactly where it was located. They placed the new charm on & cleaned my bracelet for me.

We had an exchange and it went very smoothly. We were greeted right away and helped. She found what we were looking for and the correct size quickly. Very happy.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions for a specific charm I wanted. She also cautioned me about the leather bracelets and the number of charms that could hang from the bracelet. Although she didn't urge we to change the leather bracelet I owned, she was willing to show me metal ones - one of which I purchased. She also offered to clean all the charms which made the bracelet look even better.
