The lady at the front of the store was very friendly and nice. Made the wait not seem long at all, once we were let inside we were met with a super friendly associate who answered all our questions and was very nice and attentive.

The quality and the choices you can select from. Everything is beautifully placed for eyesight choosing. The selections from silver gold,ect. to many individual pieces. Going to start on 3rd braclet for my birthday.

Needed to exchange bracelet for a different size. Did not have the receipt but the sales associate was able to help us out.
