I had a wonderful sales associate who gave great advice about my purchase. I consider Pandora to be lifetime jewelry so starting a bracelet for my granddaughter was very meaningful. There are endless options for customizing your jewelry.

Employee knowledge, friendliness and willingness to help was beyond expectations. Very professional and she help me with my selection. Will be coming back soon.

I love the idea of collecting the charms. I love the staff and how clean it is. I just wish you had more options. There are too many that are repeated. Step outside side the box and create something other than hearts and padlocks. I would like to see stuff dealing with nature (waterfall, etc). Things that we do in everyday life.
