This was my first purchase I’ve made at Pandora. The staff was super friendly and just helped me pick out something when I couldn’t decide. The service I received was amazing! Can’t wait to go again and purchase another item.

This was a major sale, I 1st went on Sunday evening. There were so many people in the store you had to sign in. I was #17 on the wait list. I did leave after 45 mins but every Pandora Stylist focused on the client at hand. No one appeared frustrated, they just did their job with a smile. I went back on Monday when it was less crowded and was waited on promptly. Love the service!
