The store at Lakeside Mall, Metairie, LA, has become my new happy place. If there is a wait for assistance, and most times there is, I can browse the store without feeling uncomfortable. I've been visiting the store frequently with the sales and holidays. Each time there are different sales associates, but they are always very pleasant. I believe the Pandora Company must be treating the associates very fairly because the associates treat their customers with care! This makes the expense of the pieces more bearable.

When I visit a store I prepare to spend a lot of time there. I enjoy my experience in the store because I like creating new pieces. The staff is always patient which makes the experience even better. I never feel pressured to buy anything especially since they don’t earn a commission. That’s the best customer practice.

Actually it was the salesperson who is mainly responsible for my satisfaction. She was friendly, very personable and knowledgeable. In addition, the procedures and policy of Pandora along with the value and quality of the merchandise add to making my visit so satisfying.

The store was very busy but Alexis was still very patient and didn't rush us when we were selecting the charms. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her clean cut appearance and welcoming smile was also a plus. We will be back!

I am always happy to be in a Pandora store. I have become an avid collector and I enjoy the collaboration of creating new pieces. I don't feel pressured to make purchases either and that helps.
