The sales associate was very professional and very knowledgeable. Although she was working alone, she was working in a timely manner of order with the customer that was ahead of me. Everytime I have visited and shop at the Lakeside location and each time I enjoyed the experience, thank you.

I always find something in the Store & just have to watch out that I do not buy the same Charm. I love your new Charms & I had seen several, but had gotten 3 this time. The Sales Clerk is always helping me to find the perfect one. Thanks
