The sales associate was extremely nice,helpful and knowledgeable. She explained how to take care of the bracelet and charms. And let me know what to do when I come back in the future for gifts.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. She was also very helpful and did not push me to purchase anything. The store was decorated nicely and was very clean.

Awesome service. Glad they were able to participate in the sale for spending $100 and getting a bracelet free. Usually these specials are not at the outlet store.
