I had two charms engraved, they were done quickly and the sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the charms that worked best for my needs. My daughter just got married so I had a charm engraved with their initials and 2022. Turned out beautiful, so I got one with my husband's and my initials and wedding date. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm excited to give my daughter hers this weekend. I love my Pandora store, they never fail me! They always clean all my Pandora jewelry to a shine! They keep me coming back!

I place an order online, choose 3 different locations for pickup. Once I made to the 5205 Airways Blvd location, retail clerk was very polite and informative of what else I needed to complete my order. Which lead me to purchase two more items, to secure my bracelet.
