The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product she was representing. She recommended that I get a bracelet size that fit my wrist the first one I have is very lose and I don't wear it because of that. Not sure if your bracelet can be resized or adjusted. She also informed me of the retired items that was available on that day. So I was very satisfied with my purchase.
