The service was quick. This store had the charms I was looking for. My sales lady offered to clean my bracelet for me, which had all my charms looking shiny and new again. And before I left I received a pretty new gold clutch.

Ms. Trenice did an awesome job at making sure that I received any charms that I was interested in. She was very professional, and has excellent customer service. I received the same customer service on my previous visit.
